Quick weekend beach trip = breakfast cocktails outdoors on the deck. Took this opportunity to introduce some friends to the previously mentioned Aperol Spritz, and of course you can’t have breakfast drinks without some mimosas!
Aperol Spritz (3-2-1)
- 3oz prosecco (or any sparkling white wine)
- 2oz Aperol
- 1oz sparkling water
Fill a wine glass with ice, add the prosecco, followed by the Aperol, and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a floating orange slice.
- Glass of champagne/prosecco
- Splash of orange juice for color
