Terroir Raspberry Bramble

The first time I purchased some @stgeorgespirits Terroir gin (see my last post at #BarFaithTerroirGin), it came with one of those mini pamphlets tied to the neck of the bottle. I didn't know much about craft cocktails at the time, and it had some suggested recipes, so I made what would come to be a staple cocktail whenever we have Terroir gin around. . This is a Raspberry Bramble using the magnificently aromatic and botanical-rich St. George Terroir gin. The flavor profile of this gin completely elevates the drink from what would normally be a tasty but relatively simple drink to a sensory stroll through a dewy forest while nibbling on foraged wild berries. If you have this gin, give this one a go! ? Terroir Raspberry Bramble ? 2oz Terroir gin ? 1oz lemon juice ? .5oz Chambord (or raspberry liqueur) ? .5oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar water combo) ? Shake all ingredients with ice, and then strain over finely crushed ice.
