About

Who doesn’t love an easy cocktail you can completely build in the glass you’re drinking from? This variation of a gin&tonic is made using the wonderfully delicious gin-based Pomp & Whimsy liqueur.

This beautiful liqueur exudes aromas of citrus, cucumber, and floral exotics like lychee and jasmine, all sitting atop the classic gin profile of juniper, coriander, angelica, and more. If any of those ingredients calls out to you, I think you’ll love this. The 16-botanical blend is gently sweetened (far from liqueur-sweet) and totally drinkable on its own, sitting at a hefty 30% abv. It’s totally delicious and unlike anything else – almost like a bottled cocktail ready to drink on its own!

Luckily, it’s also a fantastic ingredient in cocktails, upping this gin&tonic to the next level! What’s your favorite way to fancy up a gin&tonic?
