About

Do you hate “banana flavored” stuff but actually love real bananas? Well that’s me (banana runts are the worst, amirite?) The reason for the discrepancy is because the formulation of synthetic “banana flavoring” (isoamyl acetate) was based on a flavor most prominent in a variety of bananas that is now nearly extinct, rather than the mainstream Cavendish bananas we eat today.

If you prefer the flavor of fresh (modern) bananas, this is for you!

This cocktail showcases the rockstar combo of banana and cinnamon! The drink is sweet and familiar (that cinnamon smoke), with a lingering bitterness that keeps ya coming back for the next sip.

This bottle of Ambros banana-infused whiskey (gifted, thxz uuu) is so damn good!!! Throw out any preconceived notions about questionable banana flavored booze, because this is the real deal, whiskey infused with actual bananas and none of that synthetically added isoamyl acetate stuff.

No sugar is added, and all the sweetness comes from the natural sugars in bananas. Pour this over ice, add some chocolate bitters, and you’ve got a pre-bottled banana Old Fashioned. YUM.
