About

Today is Canada’s 150th birthday! In honor of this, here’s a delicious whiskey-sour cross sparkling punch. For this drink, I decided to highlight some of the amazing flavors Canada has to offer. This turned out absolutely DELICIOUS, so here’s just a reminder that you can make *almost* anything work with a little bit of thought to tie different flavors together to achieve a balanced drink.

In constructing this: Rye was the traditional grain used in Canadian whiskies, maple syrup is Canada’s poster child, and there are a host of yummy red berries to celebrate the hundreds of wild berry species that grow throughout the beautiful Canadian wilderness!
