- 2oz gin (Plymouth)
- .5oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 2 dashes Regans’ orange bitters
Stir all ingredients together with ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express the oils from an orange peel across the top and drop in.

For those of you who love Old Fashioneds and Martinis, this will make your taste buds sing. It’s basically a gin-based Old Fashioned/Martini cross that is enhanced by the lovely floral flavors of St. Germain elderflower liqueur (which was my all-time first liqueur love). If you’re unfamiliar with elderflower, it basically tastes like a mild floral version of the exotic Asian lychee fruit. Yum. This is absolutely delicious and super simple to make. It’s sweet and rich, but also fresh and balanced. Fantastic and a true delight!
