Recipe
- 2oz rye (I used Michter’s)
- .5oz Yellow Chartreuse
- .5oz sweet vermouth (Cocchi Dopo Teatro)
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters (Regans’)
Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice, then strain into a coupe. Express a lemon peel over top.

Ok this might be one of my favorite drinks now. Oh my. SO. DELICIOUS. It’s herbal, spirit forward, and just so balanced. If you’re still on the fence on picking up Yellow Chartreuse or maybe your bottle is collecting dust, whelp, here’s your inspiration. Make an extra one for me bc I’m ready for another.
