Malfy Rosa Gin. I’m so happy to finally see this gin hit the US, and it is delicious! Not only is it a beautiful pink color, but the flavor is fantastic. I admit I was a bit skeptical about the whole “pink gin” trend, but I’m glad to see this one shine as a full-strength, full-flavored fresh grapefruit gin, and not any sort of candy-like sweetened gin liqueur.

I have an obsession with grapefruit and it’s been my favorite fruit since I was a kid. I would peel it like an orange and eat at least one every day, pith and all. I’ve raved about my other favorite grapefruit liqueurs such as Giffard Pamplemousse and Rubin Bitter Grapefruit Aperitif, and this is now the full-strength liquor version of grapefruit heaven. I’d classify this as more of a ‘flavored gin’ because the grapefruit flavor is so potent, but it’s definitely one that can really shine in refreshing fruity gin drinks, as well as gin&tonics.

Along with the Malfy Limone variant, if you’re looking for a fruity gin or something to impress even your most gin-adverse friends, this will not disappoint!
