- 1.25oz fino sherry (La Ina)
- 1.25oz Cynar
- .75oz London dry gin (Bombay Sapphire)
Combine all ingredients and build in glass with a large ice cube. Stir to chill a bit, then express an orange peel over top.

This 3 ingredient drink is absolutely freakin DELICIOUS. It’s lower ABV but not fruity nor sweet nor “refreshing” (how low abv drinks are often described…and also why they usually don’t appeal to me).
This is full-on boozy complex, savory, slightly bitter, and RICHHH. This drink honestly surprised me; strictly looking at the ingredient list, I honestly didn’t expect too much, but DAMN. This combo is FIRE!
