Recipe
- 2oz Rhum JM XO
- 3 dashes walnut bitters (I used Honest John Bitters)
- 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
- 1 cube (or tsp) brown sugar
Dissolve sugar in bitters, then add other ingredients. Stir with ice and strain over a fresh large cube. Express a grapefruit peel over top.

Sometimes you find people who have similar tastes as you, and you just know you can always trust their judgment. One of those people for me is @cocktail_adventuring. Either Brian and I have really similar tastes, or he just has the best recipes (I have SO many bookmarked). Anyway, I saw he posted one his favorite Old Fashioned variants a couple months ago. I was missing a few ingredients, but finally acquired them to try it out! Needless to say, of course it did not disappoint.
