Strawberry Negroni

Recipe

Stir all ingredients with ice, and strain over a fresh cube. Garnish with some fresh strawberry (the fresh scent as you’re drinking is incredible)

About

It’s Negroni Week!

Roses are red,
violets are blue,
Campari is red,
strawberries are too.

This twist is quickly becoming a Negroni Week staple. I confirm it’s absolutely delicious. And even if your local bars aren’t making this, its easily made at home!

To make the strawberry Campari, soak some cut up strawberries in Campari for 3-5 days, shaking periodically. Mason jars are the best for this. I pretty much just filled one with strawberries and poured Campari to cover, plus an extra inch or so. Then just strain out the solids using a mesh strainer and bottle. It should keep at least a couple months, or longer. It won’t go BAD, but freshness will diminish over time, so make small batches and drink up!
