About

This drink uses a heavy dose of Angostura bitters – 3/4 of a teaspoon! – which is normally measured in dashes or drops, as well as a tsp of Green Chartreuse, the super fragrantly complex French herbal liqueur made by Carthusian monks. I’m usually guilty of drinking my drinks too quickly, but this is definitely one that keeps me in check and is easy to enjoy slowly due to its flavor intensity. If you like strong boozy intense flavors, this is definitely one to try out. Fantastic.
