Recipe

• 2oz scotch whiskey of choice
• .5oz Drambuie (you can up this to 1oz depending on your preference for sweetness)

Stir ingredients with ice, then strain over a fresh large ice cube in an old fashioned glass. Finish with a lemon twist.

The Rusty Nail is simple cocktail that gained popularity in the 60s. With the simplicity of this cocktail (just 2 ingredients!), this is definitely something I’ll look into trying at some divey-er bars (if they carry Drambuie) – always nice to have some tasty alternatives to my go-to g&t.
