About

What did I pack for Tiki Oasis? This magical stuff. It’s essentially a pre-mixed drink syrup that makes it *extremely* simple to mix up a killer punch. Killer, I tell ya. You better watch out with this stuff, or next thing you know you’ll be X_X.  This 50+ year old recipe originates from legendary bartender Jasper Le Franc from the Bay Roc Hotel in Jamaica.

Mix up 1oz of this syrup with 1-2oz of your favorite Jamaican Rum (Wray and Nephew white overproof, Rum Fire, or Doctor Bird would work great here!) and loads of ice, and you’ve got yourself a huge winner. The flavor profile of this is so potently delicious that it will stand up to even your funkiest of rums (Rum Fire, anyone? See this for the Rum Fire version!) I made my batch using the recipe adapted by the amazing @tikicommando, and it is fantastic. Find me at Tiki Oasis drinking this by the pool with some Doctor Bird rum.
