Passionfruit syrup

If you’re not able to find a quality passionfruit syrup in your area and don’t cannot buy online, don’t fret! To make your own, go to your local ethnic Latino or Asian grocery store and check in the frozen section for some passionfruit pulp. Let the pulp thaw, and combine it with a 2:1 sugar/water syrup. Mix together and strain the pulp out. Bottle and add a tsp of vodka to help preservation.
